175th COMMEMORATION

You are needed.

 

The Tucson Mormon Battalion Monument Foundation is looking for volunteers to serve on the foundation committee.  Your service will help keep our vision alive now and in the future. Our Vision is to keep in "honorable remembrance"* the sacrifice, endurance and spirit of the Mormon Battalion by maintaining a living history that inspires all people to pursue their own 'great marches' with faith, courage and purpose.

 

Serving on the Tucson Mormon Battalion Monument Foundation entails participation in a few Zoom meetings each year (typically two to four) and attending events when available.  We have uniforms and accoutrements to dress as Battalion members, along with a

period-appropriate covered wagon.  It is great fun to be involved in our events.  The Foundation is financially solvent and no dues or financial contributions are solicited from Foundation members.
